Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation terms for the Full Report and Monitoring. All prices are in euros (EUR); VAT is added at checkout by Stripe Tax based on your country.

1. Full Report (€19, one-time) — digital content

The Full Report is digital content that we deliver immediately after payment.

Your express consent and waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because the Full Report is digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you expressly consent to us starting delivery right away, and you acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This is a condition of the immediate delivery you are buying.

Our service guarantee. If the scan fails for a technical reason on our side and the report is not delivered to you, you get a full refund. If you believe the report was not delivered or did not work, email us within 14 days and we will re-deliver it or refund you in full.

2. Monitoring (€12 / month) — subscription

No minimum term and no lock-in. You can cancel at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. You keep access until then.
We do not refund a month that has already been billed, except where the service failed (see Section 3).
To cancel, email support@vibecodingsecure.com (or use the cancel link in any Monitoring email). We will confirm your cancellation.

3. Service failure = full refund

Regardless of the above, if you paid and we did not deliver the service because of a technical failure on our side — for example, the scan errored and no report was produced, or Monitoring did not run for a period you paid for — you are entitled to a full or pro-rata refund for the affected period. Just contact us.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@vibecodingsecure.com with your order or receipt reference (shown on your Stripe receipt). We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.

5. Payments and security

Payments are handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We never see or store your card details. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the same card or payment method you used.

6. Your statutory rights and disputes

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence in the EU. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may refer it to a competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or consumer authority in your country of residence. (The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, formerly at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, was discontinued in July 2025.)
